4. Who may receive your information
Here we outline who may receive your information when it is shared by you via the platform, or by us.
a. 4dayweek.com users
Your name will only be disclosed on the website if you give express written consent. Otherwise all personally identifiable information, including your name, will not be shared on the website.
b. Our local chapters and consulting partners
We may share your information with third parties for the following purposes: Chapters within the 4 Day Week network. We may share your information with our local chapters, to provide opportunities to participate in 4 day week campaigns in different countries and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This information may not be shared with additional parties and may only be used to contact you about additional social campaign opportunities. Our suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners (“service providers”): We may share information about you with our service providers who process information to provide services to us or on our behalf. We have contracts with our service providers that prohibit them from sharing the information about you that they collect or receive with anyone else or from using such information for other purposes.

4dayweek.com uses your information for our legitimate business interest of providing a petition that enables us to build momentum for a 4 day week.

4 Day Week does not sell the personal information of any of our users.

4 Day Week US shares petition data with the 4 Day Week Global Foundation for purposes of managing the 4 day week petition campaign and to provide opportunities for additional campaign.
g. Your right to know about personal information collected or disclosed
You have the right to request a personal information report which details all of the data we hold about you from the last 12 months. We will confirm that we have received your request within 10 days.You can contact us to request a personal information report by emailing us at jon@4dayweekus.org. Where possible, we will provide your personal information report to you within 45 days.
